Old Surge Electric Fencer Farm Barn Cattle Hit Miss Gas Engine Sandwich Milker
This is a rather scarce original Surge fencer from the Babson Brothers Company in Chicago. IL. It is in excellent original condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind except for the small light bulb in the center of the bottom. I'm sure this would be an easy replacement. It is a very unusual design in that it has a glass bubble on it like an early electric meter. It measures about 6 inches in diameter and about 6 inches tall. The cord is a bit frayed so I didn't plug it in but I see no reason that it shouldn't work and it wouldn't be real tough to replace the cord. Surge is most noted for their dairy and milking equipment but also offered several livestock related items like this. They bought out the Sandwich Manufacturing company that made the engines and many other products including the Pine Tree milker. This ... morefencer would be an eye catching addition to your early dairy collection especially if you collect Sandwich items! Nice AB-33 Bosch magneto Fairbanks Morse hit & miss gas engine farm L@@K!!!
You are bidding on a real nice AB-33 Bosch magneto for a Fairbanks Morse Z engine. The mag does throw a spark but it's pretty weak. May only need a points filing or a charge. I have no idea. Points look very nice. Only damage is where the spark plug wire goes in, it's chipped out as you can see. Hard to come by mag so don't pass it up! This magneto will fit ALL sizes of Fairbanks Z engines, the only thing that changes between sizes is the trip dog. The one on this is for a 3hp. Feel free to ask questions. Rare Antique Mud water pump Vintage Farm Railroad RR Hit Miss steam gas engine

I bought these to make a 3 wheeled cart for the Grandson's Maytag. But he had ideas of his own, so I am listing them. The rear wheels are 7 inches in dia and 1 1/2 inches wide. The bar axle is 28 inches long and I planned to shorten it a bit. The front caster is 4 inches in dia and I left the strap on it so you could weld to a frame of your own design. weight is about 28 lbs.
