Wico A series Impulse Magneto for single cylinder Stationary Engine
A Wico single cylinder magneto. Wico type A567B Z Serial no. E187534 Anticlockwise rotation when viewed fron the drive end. It is a trip type magneto. Driven by a disc with two driving dogs. See third picture. The black plastic top is complete and free from cracks. It does have a few scratches. There is one cover screw missing. Both oil labels are present and in good readable condition. The housing is in good condition and free from defects. 3 mounting bolts are included in the sale.The points are good, but could do with a clean up. I tested the spark with a neon test screwdriver and turned it over by hand and it lit the neon. I have not tested it with a spark plug. There is a copper off button fitted on one side, which looks as though it could also be fitted on the other side. The unit is complete, and turns over freely. No charge for p ... moreand p. Nice AB-33 Bosch magneto Fairbanks Morse hit & miss gas engine farm L@@K!!!
You are bidding on a real nice AB-33 Bosch magneto for a Fairbanks Morse Z engine. The mag does throw a spark but it's pretty weak. May only need a points filing or a charge. I have no idea. Points look very nice. Only damage is where the spark plug wire goes in, it's chipped out as you can see. Hard to come by mag so don't pass it up! This magneto will fit ALL sizes of Fairbanks Z engines, the only thing that changes between sizes is the trip dog. The one on this is for a 3hp. Feel free to ask questions. The engines featured are an IHC Horizontal Tank-Cooled Portable Engine, an IHC Famous Horizontal Engine Equipped with Magneto, an IHC Famous Horizontal Hopper-Cooled Engine, a Famous Sawing Outfits Steel Truck mounted with a 6-Horse Power Famous Horizontal Engine, and a Famous Vertical Air-Cooled Engine. Round ML Type MCKI Magneto Working Nice Spark Stationary Engine Lister A B Gas
Up for auction is a `Round` ML magneto. Type MCKI in working condition. HARD TO FIND. It is in quite nice shape externally. There are a few small dents to the"ML" embossed band. The aluminium is a little powdery with surface corrosion. No discernible wear to the armature bearings or end float. There is noticeable"pull" on the armature when it is rotated by hand. I cleaned the points and made a temporary HT lead. When spun clockwise(looking at the drive end) it gave a good spark. The HT lead feed-out is in poor shape outside of the casing but the threaded part and carbon brush are fine within the casing. It comes with a 12 tooth sprocket. It weighs 2kg unpacked. Up for auction is what I believe to be a late era. Small type, Amanco low tension magneto. Marked on the underside `H C T`. It is in nice shape externally. Looks to be complete and shows little wear to the armature bearings. It is untested. There is some"pull" on the armature when it is rotated by hand. It has"patented Sept. 21-1915" embossed on the casing below the armature bearing on the feed-out end. Manufacture must be post September 1915. It has two bolt fixing. Up for auction is a ML Lister fick magneto. Type KPS1-1 in as found condition for spares or rebuild. It is untested. It has various numbers stamped on the base which are: 136 DB(could be BB, badly stamped) 452802 53A. It is reasonably complete and in fair shape externally. The main body casing is in good order but the points housing has some external corrosion. see photos) The base has a repaired broken corner, the repair looks sound. The mounting hole threads are very good. No discernible wear to the armature bearings or end float. The armature is not seized. The trip mechanism looks to be good but has two different return springs. The HT lead feed-out tower has a bit broken off where the lead retainer screws in. Up for auction is a `Square` ML magneto. Type CK1 in working condition. It is in quite nice shape externally. There is scrape damage(minor) to the right hand edge of the"ML" embossed top plate. The casing has minor surface corrosion. No discernible wear to the armature bearings or end float. There is a little"pull" on the armature when it is rotated by hand. I cleaned the points and made a temporary HT lead. When spun anti-clockwise(looking at the drive end) it gave a good spark. This was done just prior to listing. The HT lead feed-out tower looks to be in good shape. The points cover is missing and the cover retainer spring clip is broken off. It comes with a 14 tooth sprocket. It weighs 2.7kg unpacked. Up for auction is a Lucas? ML Lister type MK1-2 high tension magneto for rebuild or spares. Probably too good for spares. Direction arrow indicates anti-clockwise rotation looking at the drive end. It comes with what looks like a Lister D direct drive coupling. It is in good condition externally. No severe corrosion. The points look more or less complete but are in poor shape. The HT lead feed-out tower has a crack in it and the screw-in lead retainer has a chip out of it. It has some light surface corrosion. The points cap retaining clip is broken off. The armature turns freely. Bearings are good and there is no end float. The mounting hole threads look to be in very good condition. It weighs 2.5kg unpacked. Bid/buy with your knowledge. Webster Type M Hit and Miss Engine Mag Magneto Stover Ecomomy Hercules Motor
Webster Type M magneto. The mag base has had the bolt holes repaired but the base is basically shot. The mag is loose and actually produced some power when tripped. I would say it's a good parts mag. Springs are new.
