The device has an iron box held on with 18 screws, a brass top and a wooden spire at the center having two electrical connectors on it. One end of the top has four electric connectors and two brass tags. One tag reads'CONTROL" and the other tag reads"LINE" On one corner of the top is a hexagonal fitting with a hole in the center. The overall height to the top of the"spire" is app. 14½" the top measures app. 9 3/4" by 10½" the box below measures app. 9 3/4" by 9½" and it's very heavy weighing in at 25 pounds. I have no idea what the device does, what it does not do, or if it works or not. My guess is that it will need at least some work to put it in operational order but that's really only a guess.
