Plate is attached to metal box and overall measurements are 7.5" high x 3" across x 1.75" deep. The panel does have some scuff marks, and where there had been masking tape indicating instructions which once removed left some lighter areas which can be seen in photos. Has the word"Otis" in cursive writing surrounded by a wreath between the two buttons. On the back are the numbers 1672SW1. I would guess this dates back to the 20's or 30's from the style.
