I am selling a 3 axis CNC Milling machine with new servo motors and controls. I did the retrofit myself using the Machmotion system. Controls are 3 years old and include Mitsubishi servo and servo controllers through Mach3 platform on Windows XP. The system works great. And is modern enough to provide years of reliable service. Machine runs excellent. With minimal backlash in the ball screws. Spindle is in excellent condition. Machine shows cosmetic wear on paint, but all the ways are tight. When I bought this about 7 years ago I was told this machine had an easy life cutting plastic parts for a pool supply company and indeed I removed it from a pool pump milling company. A 1998 Milltronics MB-19A CNC mill, programmable spindle, 5 HP, CAT 40 Taper, 50 X 13 table, 256 MB RAM, Centurian 6 control, full chip pan and splash guards(table enclosure removed, but just as clean as the rest of the machine) This has been a pleasure of a machine to own and has given me zero trouble for the entire time I have owned it, the only reason for selling is that I need the room for a larger machine. I have maintained it extremely well as is evident by the condition of the paint which is original. Super quiet spindle, smooth and accurate ball screws, automatic oil system. I fabricated and added the Z roller shade way cover and recently rebuilt the rear Y telescopic way cover. It has the digitizing option for probing, LCD monitor upgrade. Wired for a Haas indexer.
