The glass reflector is worth more than my asking price.these fenders do have some rust here and there.the fender support rods are nice and 13" long.the color is real nice blue.and check out those graphics.these look cool hangin in the shop.They are 2 5/8 wide,rear is approx,47" long. The blade measures approx. 9 3/4" No loss to the blade tip and the edge has not been sharpened. Blade in excellent condition with all of its original blueing except at the very tip where the blueing is worn away. Please note that the bayonet blade has no markings on either side of the blade and no markings or stamping on the pommel. Minor wear to the pommel surface. Marked on the scabbard 993 on one side and stamped Durkopp 38 on the other. No date stamp on the spine of the bayonet blade. No damage to the wood grips. Bayonet lug in working order. These are of course quite easy to replace. The machine is in good working order. WWI German Army Bayonet Marked 1900, Durkopp, W 17, RIC
This is a WWI German bayonet. It is 20" long. Weighs 1.25 lbs and was made by Durkopp. It has numerous hallmarks on it as can be seen in the photos. The number 1900 is engraved on the hilt. There is a W 17 with a crown and another mark on the flat side of the blade. The letters RIC with an A or H are engraved on the blade just above the hilt. These were used in factories all over the world since the early 1900's as a companion piece of the Durkopp sewing machine. The pedestal is made of cast iron and the seat is solid wood. As you can see in the pictures it shows a good amount of wear marks which are consistent with a heavy factory use. It weighs approximately 10Kg and it's height goes from 17.5' to 25' The seat is 14.5' in diameter. This is an extremely rare example. You will find the occasional Singer stool. MATCHING WW2 GERMAN BAYONET K98k S84/98 DURKOPP 1939 ORIGINAL ARMY HEER KNIFE!
Matching original WWII 1939 dated German K98k or S84/98 bayonet. Bayonet and scabbard marked DURKOPP for the Durkopp-Werke of Solingen and dated 1939. Matching numbers to the scabbard and blade are 3198a. This is an very uncommon maker. The a letter block would be within the first 15.000 produced by Durkopp in 1939 and therefore dates this bayonet before the invasion of Poland and the beginning of the Second World War. In only good condition overall this piece shows much wear and use. Definitely a combat veteran. Pommel and fittings are an even dark gray patina. Not corrosion, just graying. Only approximately 30% of the original blued finish remains. There is scattered gray and brown patina throughout the piece with just a few tiny peppered areas of surface corrosion to the scabbard only. Scabbard has virtually none of its original finish ... moreremaining and has a few dents to the center of the reverse. The pommel is double stamped with a WaA547 proof mark. The push button works fine and is also weakly stamped WaA547. The grips are clean and undamaged except for a few light dings and scratches. The grip plates are made of early very dark brown(almost black) bakelite material. The flashguard has brown patina and some dents to the upper area. Might have been lightly used as a hammer at some point! The blade is decent with approximately 60% of its original deep blue finish. There is no sharpening or damage to the blade and the tip is straight and clean. The blade ricasso is marked with DURKOPP and the serial number. The blade spine is stamped 39 for 1939. Obverse scabbard throat has matching serial number to the bayonet and reverse stamped DURKOPP over 1939. Scabbard has the original internal retention springs and throat fitting but the throat screw is missing. Scarce early 1939 maker name example made just prior to the introduction of the letter codes. This is and old Durkopp sliding shuttle sewing machine. As near as I can tell it is very good working order but time and use have taken their toll on the cosmetic appearance. The bobbin winder works fine and it is complete and I had it sewing quite nicely till I broke the needle. Included are a lot of needles that I found to use. Some fit the machine and some don't, I'm afraid the ones I bought were a mixed lot. This is very similar to the Singer machines of similar vintage. Serial number 2969 with a"b" below it. The other side is marked DURKOPP and"37" on the top of the blade. The sheath is marked"DURKOPP" with"37" below it. Blade measures 10" long with an overall length of 15 1/4" Stamped with Waffenamps on the butt. Sheath has some finish wear. I currently have some other great vintage bayonets. An original WWII German K98 Bayonet in great shape. Marked S 238 G which is the code for DURKOPP 1934-1940 and serial#7651e. The grips are great a little wear on the right side. Grip screws are nice, flash guard is great not beat up, mortise is clean and the press stud works perfectly. The blade has never been sharpened and retains most of the arsenal finish, the tip is perfect, there is a small nick in the blade(see pictures) that is from the metal being deformed. WW2 German K98 Bayonet Matching Maker and Date Durkopp 1938
Except for the press stud. Bayonet in very good shape. Retains some of the bluing on the blade. Overall clean. Nicks on pommel and end has slight hammering. That's why the press stud is frozen. can be fixed? Both scabbard and bayonet were made by Durkopp and both dated 1938. However SNs don't match. Not unusual since bayonets were recycled during the war. But to get matching maker and dates are rare. Scabbard has a couple of very small dents but virtually dent free. Frog stud tight. 1937 German Bayonet ( Durkopp ) w/ Matching Sheath & Frog
NO INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS. I WILL SHIP ONLY WITHIN THE UNITED STATES! This is a German bayonet made in 1937 by Durkopp for the Mauser Rifle( model k98 I think but not positive) Considering it's age it is still in great condition, no rust on the blade original finish some rubbing due to being removed from sheath and put back or it could have seen some action. The tip has been rounded possibly from use in the field and edge has not been sharpened, original wood grips in great shape locking mechanism still works and is tight. The numbers on blade close to the hilt match the numbers on the sheath, there is some rust on sheath at the tip but no major damage to it. The bayonet itself is 15 inches long, 16 inches overall. The WaA Waffenamt proof marks are present on the top side of the pommel. The tip of the drag of the scabbard is also marked. ... moreThe frog is unmarked in great shape with some paint loss, the fastener loop is still attached in good condition. Rear wheel from a pre-war Durkopp track bike. Durkopp steel hub. 36 butted spokes, Ambrosio tubular rim with wooden plugs in the spoke ferrules to make a perfectly smooth and flush rim bed for perfect tubular adhesion, very labor intensive and classic detail. Hub chrome shows considerable tarnish, though the engraving is clear, the oiler cap operates well, and the bearings spin easily. spokes are tarnished but solid and the wheel is very true. Rim decal is completely legible and in good shape for a 70+ year old wheel. Antique German Durkopp shoe patcher treadle sewing machine
Before describing this machine. It needs to be made clear this machine will be picked up here at my home. There is no way to ship it the machine is to big and heavy shipping is just not feasible. You will have to come here to pick it up or have someone pick it up for you. This looks like a great antique German made Durkopp shoe patcher sewing machine similiar to the Singer 29. The machine looks to be in good plus antique condition it looks all complete. This is a tradal machine there is no electric motor just a foot operated tradal. It turns nice and smooth and comes with a copy of an original operating manual along with extra bobbins and other small parts along with a leather belt that will need to be fitted to the pulleys. It might be just a little bigger then a Singer 29 but works the same way. I have never sewed with it and because of ... moreits age I cannot guarantee it will sew it could need some work done on it. The cast iron stand is quite ornate done in the Victorian way. It sells with no reserve to the high bidder. AGAIN I need to stress there will be no shipping only local pick up.
