Steambent Cocobolo! 12" x 8" tom, maple re-rings, isolation mount
You are bidding on my favorite 12" tom ever! But I've recently found another cocobolo 12" that I like just a little bit more. This solid steam bent cocobolo has incredible power. Sensitivity and sound. The density of the steam bent cocobolo is warm and projects nicely. The finish are layers of teak oil. The Teak oil has UV protection to keep the wood from fading. The depth of the shell is 8" and it has 6 lugs per side, 12 total. Also it comes with isolation mounts to lineup on any rack. The shell itself does have a few cosmetic checks from when the wood was bent. But again, it's cosmetic, the drum sounds fantastic!
