Nikon 90 Diopter ophthalmoscopy lens. Comes with case as pictured. Lens case and ring are in great condition. The lens is functional optically and very useable still. But I want to note that the glass is not perfect. I couldn't get a good picture, but there is a"squiggle" in the center of the lens which I think is some of the anti-reflective coating worn off. And the 90D has a very faintly visible"ae" my bf's initials) that was written in sharpie and I could not take off completely. Also on the G4 gonio lens there is a small paint imperfection that came with the lens. The Volk representative said that it was normal for some. These are all pictured if you look closely.
