The Air Force Commendation medal, Air Force Outstanding Unit award, Air Force Organizational Excellence Award, the National Defense Service medal with bronze star. Bottle is inexcellent condition overall, I do see a handful of spots of surface rust and a few flecks of paint missing. The metal ID sticker on the back of the bottle is peeling up on one side.
