Please refer to the pictures provided below for more details on the condition of the item. We powered on this device with a standard 110V outlet. The device began pumping air out of a hole on the left side. Occasionally. The unit stopped pumping air out of the main hole and pumped air out of a secondary outlet. Turning the"OXYGEN PERCENTAGE" knob above"21" caused the red"OXYGEN" light to come on. Pressing the"ASSIST" PRESSURE" RATIO" OXYGEN" buttons caused their lights to turn on. Turning the"NEBULIZER" switch to"ON" caused the sound of the unit to change slightly. Pressing the"Pressing the"MANUAL NORMAL" button causes air to come out of the secondary outlet. We are unable to test this unit further. This item was purchased from surplus. We see no outward reason that it will not function fully. However. Given that the we cannot fully test it, this device will be sold as-is. We guarantee this device to only perform as we have described. We have plugged in the unit and cycled through the menu options. When we power-on the unit. The display reads"POST PASSED, as shown in the pictures above. The alarm lights on the right-side of the ventilator also come on when we power-on the unit- The ALARM light flashes red when we power-on the ventilator. No further testing procedures have been conducted- We only warranty the ventilator to power-on. The unit is in good condition with wear from normal use- There are scratches and scuffs on the exterior of the unit. But no major defects are present on the exterior. It looks like there are a few parts missing from the front of the stand, as there are empty screw-holes ... moreon the front of the stand. It should be assumed by the buyer that the unit is not fully functional. And that work will have to be done, and parts might have to be added/replaced to get the ventilator fully functional.
