I am now retired and actually use an electric pump nebulizer at home and I have kept 1 of these to use when I travel. I have checked each one to ascertain that they work. They are actually working in the pics but I had a hard time finding a background where it would show! I have boiled all the components as suggested in the book. But used this whenever he would be away from home for several hours. I don't know much about this unit but my mom says it is working fine. It makes a quiet humming noise when I hit the power button. I only ran it a couple seconds as I'm not sure if it should be on without the medicine in it. Has a nice zippered case to keep it in. And it also holds the instructions and both charges. Please check my other items- I generally always have a large number of vintage items from the 1800's up through the 1970's. And even some modern collectables. You never know what you'll find.
