I know very little about the past history of this item. I do know that the variable power supply is not variable. It is outputting 48Vdc regardless of how much you try to adjust. The total dimensions are 22.5" x 34" x 75" tall. This unit comes in a Amco Rack. We don't have the key for the rack. But it is currently unlocked. The previous user cut the power cord during the uninstall. But left the power plug that connects to the rack. We wired it up just for testing, but the buyer will need to have it properly wired up for installation. The whole rack powered on as you can see in the photos in the listing. We weren't really able to test it out much. But I was able to push a few buttons and see that some lights changed and some values changed on the displays.
