Keeler Spectra LED Binocular Indirect
I am selling a 4 year old Keeler LED Spectra spec mount BIO and its accessories. The BIO portion of the device is in perfect working order. The plastic spec frame has a temple that is broken. As shown in the picture, along with a makeshift hinge that attaches the BIO to the frame. A brand new frame may be purchased by itself through most ophthalmic supply companies( I was quoted $315 through the company we use, but this will certainly vary) The LED light gives superior views to standard incandescent BIO bulbs. This BIO is also especially useful in situations where portability is key(nursing home rounds, health fair, etc. and has served me well. You are bidding on a used(lightly apparently) Keeler All Pupil II- Wireless Indirect Ophthalmoscope, that also comes with an extra battery, the charger and rubber eyepieces/covers/whatever they are called, come with it as well. Cosmetically there is one or two scratch(es) or tiny parts at the top of the main unit that isn't basically new looking. They are in fact so small I spent five minutes trying to get the phone camera to focus on it. Now since I'm not an ophthalmologist. I am going to have to go on the assumption that everything works as it should. This is based on testing I've done with the machine. This is what I've gathered: All twists and knobs that adjust the headpiece do so. All light and laser functions cut on/off. All light and laser adjustment knobs work as they should. Adjusting the brightness and color ... moreof the output light. The only option or function I'm unsure of is the one that moves the mirror that is built and can be seen inside of the main window on the front. It's function(Again. I am assuming since it seems to be fairly straightforward) appears to be to change the angle of the light that is shooting out of the window. And while it does do that, I don't know how far down the angle should go, and also don't know how far up it should go. If I had to guess, I'd say it's working like it should, but since it's not an on/off/super obvious function, I can't outright say it's 100% good-to-go. On that last note. If you find some obscure or crazy function I didn't know existed and tell me it doesn't work as it should, I'll be glad to give you your money back(you will have 7 days, not including shipping days, 7 FULL DAYS to do so) When removed from service everything was fine.
