I bought this Heine Omega 180 binocular indirect ophthalmoscope new when I was in solo practice and used it lightly. There are no noticeable wear marks nor is it damaged in any way. Having never been dropped or abused(I am very careful with my equipment) It comes with a wall transformer, long power cord(there are actually several sections so you can adjust the length to suit your needs) a rheostat control(dimmer switch" which is mounted on the headband but can be removed, and a cover for the lens.
