It is a flat high reflector at 2480 angstroms(248 nm) and I believe it was originally for their high power neon laser program. Though it will also be perfect for a krypton fluoride KrF excimer laser at 248nm(or for a SHG Ar laser, or any other UV around 248nm) The back of the mirror is frosted. I do not have a spec on the flatness, but given that it was made for Sandia out of 1 inch thick fused silica, it is probably very flat.
