This unit is in good overall cosmetic condition with a few surface marks and scratches. I was able to test the cooling function of the machine and found it to be working and would get down to-7C. After this the Defrost light came on and the cooling would stop. After this defrost the cooling would start back up and would get down to-18C. The stage moves in increments with every turn of the manual wheel on the side of the machine. One of the machines wheels needs to re-attached but is included in the sale. The machine is being sold without any blades. This Microtome can cut sections ranging from 2 to 40 microns. Adjustable in 2 micron increments.
