American Optical Spencer 820 Rotary Microtome With Custom Safety Cover and Knife
Since I am the person who has used and done the maintenance on this microtome for the last several years. I can state that it is in good operating condition with no issues. It has a custom acrylic safety shield which can be removed if you desire with two screws. There is only one part, the riding foot, which is subject to wear, and as the picture shows there is still many years of use left on this one. I am including an AO profile C knife with the unit, it is unused and unwrapped since the last time it was sharpened. The maintenance, oiling and greasing were performed right before the pictures were shot so it is ready to go to work. This item will only be shipped to the lower 48 states with the Buy It Now.
