This unit is in good physical condition with only minor scuffs and scratches due to normal wear. The eye pieces are clear and unscratched and focus easily. Please refer to the pictures provided below for more details on the condition of the item. We tested this unit to the best of our abilities. Everything turned without any problems. The rotary moved very smoothly and wasn't tough to turn at all. With each rotation the blade came out a little further and the amount that it came out adjusted properly with the setting. We plugged the unit into its power supply and turned it on. The unit is equipped with two lights. A lower and upper one. We were able to get the upper one to turn on.
