I have 8 Cayuga females and my 2 males are Mallard. I like this CAYUGA/ MALLARD mixed breed duckilings- ducks because they are very resistant. Healthy and excellent egg layers. The meat production on this hybrids is also very good. They eat and convert very well anything that you feed them within the waterfowl feeding range. Our ducks are free range. They swim a lot and enjoy water, they are very healthy. Eggs are delicious. They lay 6-7 eggs per day even in the coldest season. So they are excellent egg layers. Our male is very active and we have hatchability about 90-95% on each of my incubation. I cannot guarantee hatchability in your incubator. Because that depends on a lot of factors like maintaining optimal humidity during various stages of incubation and also you have to have a constant temperature without variations. If you never incubated duck eggs, please consult duck eggs hatching literature and get familiar with techniques. Our eggs are ALWAYS FRESH. Not older then 1-2 days at the time of shipping. The Hen has a nice tall comb that is very good and she is laying some nice large eggs. I would use distilled water so there is no bacteria grows in the tap water, google it. and let the eggs sit for 18 to 24 hours before incubating them. You can see they have solid black feet and toes and skin, etc the pictures do not lie, please look. You are buying eggs from a 4-h member and you can see the NIP Paper that they were just tested. There is no promise or guarantee on hatch rate cause of post office or very poor handling conditions as I know from buying eggs. Vintage Ceva bovine estrus synchronization implant syringe
Ceva produced these syringes decades ago for the estrus synchronization of recipient cows for AI breeding. The syringe(7 1/4" long) delivered an ear implant. My family has been out of the cattle business for years. So I have no idea if these are even used any more; but if not, this item would make a great addition to a vet or cattleman's collection of esoteric medical instruments. It is in very good condition- not sure if it was ever even used. Will be mailed in the mailing canister in the picture. Thanks for looking.

HERE WE HAVE A VINTAGE 1940s ELASTRATOR ANIMAL CASTRATION DOCKING VETERINARY TOOL FOR CATTLE. GOATS, SHEEP, ETC. THIS DEVICE IS IN GOOD COSMETIC AND WORKING CONDITION WITH NORMAL VINTAGE WEAR. LAST THREE PICS ARE OF MY BUDDY KEIKO DEMONTRATING A MOCK CURLY Q TAIL DOCKING. HE DIDNT THINK IT WAS FUNNY EITHER. Elastration(a portmanteau of"elastic" and"castration" is a bloodless method of male castration and docking commonly used for livestock. Elastration is simply banding the body part( scrotum or tail) until it drops off. This method is favored for its simplicity. Low cost, and minimal training requirements. Elastration involves restraining the animal, without the need for anesthesia or sedation(unlike most other castration methods) in a position that provides access to the genitals.
