We recently acquired this amazing vintage equestrian horse automatic waterer. It is like a water fountain for horses. Luckily. The person who removed it left enough pipe in order to mend some new lines to it and possibly use it. We have no way of testing it, so it is sold"as is" today. The inner lever moves up and down and I can feel the valve open an close. I believe it would work. It is a really nice old piece.
