Adwood Edge Bander Banding Veneer Trimmer and Guillotine Pneumatic Buffer
This is a nice pair of edge banding trimmers. I have had them a few years and have not seen another set at any other woodshop. The first machine automatically turns on when the sheet is past over the air router. Then there is another rotary tool that has a sanding flap wheel that sands/buffs the edge. After that it turns itself off. The other machine end trims. As you push the board into the corner it sets off a air piston and clips the end off clean. Does a nice job. Both machines are is good working order. They do show normal shop use. Please review pictures. Pick-up is preferred. But will ship if buyer arranges and pays all shipping plus a crating fee $50. I wish I could tell you if they were exclusively for polyester bands. Or if they worked on metal bands too, but I don't know. Perhaps someone who does know could tell me. Signode BXT 14v Hand Operated Strapping Poly Bander Tool Hello, Offered here is a: Signode BXT Battery Powered Hand Operated Strapping Poly Bander Tool Seems to be in fine working condition. Tension and welding time adjustments are able to be easily changed Has a Bosch 14 volt Battery Charger and it looks like a fairly new aftermarket battery. I am a mechanic by trade but did not know this machine. Fifteen minutes with it now and I am about a Pro. I understand this is an older machine but being a mechanic the older machines are usually simpler and more reliable than the newer ones! You pull up on the long finger grip lever to feed the strapping into the machine. You adjust the weld time with the yellow timer button up or down 1 thru 7 You adjust the tension with the green go arrow up or down.1 thru 7 The red button is the battery button.time ... moreleft etc.I presume) The red thumb button activates the strapping tensioner. Then the black thumb lever activates the welder and cutter. I welded a couple straps and the welder welds fine. You can see in the pictures that the cutter works also. all of the pictures are of this machine.I have never held another one! The tensioner works fine too I do not know what the strapping width is set at so that will have to be figured out by the new owner. Since I do not know how to cycle this machine through all of it's functions and knowing that it probably is fine Lets call it in as is condition. I am trying to be honest here and I have told you enough for you to decide if you want this handy little machine. ASK any questions during the auction and I will get right back with you. It would appear to take up to a 4" wide coil. The serrated band grips on the tensioner look like new. It has been used very little. Raising the handle will cut the band and depressing the handle releases the band. This will take 3/8" 3/4" banding. The crimper is for 3/4"
