This is a Slingerland bass shell mount cymbal holder. From the 1950's I believe. I think it is missing a little spacer that goes between the nut and clamp. All mounting hardware is included. The mounting bolts are pretty well stuck on the mount. I'm sure they can be hammered out but it does not affect anything if you're just planning on mounting it. The plating or chrome is in good shape. I cant see any pitting, a few little scrapes hear and there. Could be polished up a bit. What is pictured is what you get. See pictures please.
