The Martin Imperial Trumpet/Elkhart Indiana 1940's Original case (brass)
This trumpet is all original and has original mouthpiece and case. There is one small indentation in the trumpet that I have shown in picture#9. The body of the trumpet does not have any other dents. This trumpet works. I took it to the music store and the guy was able to play it. But he told me that the slides did not move and that it would cost approx. $100.00 to fix that and he also told me it needs to be acid washed to bring the luster back and that would cost another $100.00 so I am selling this trumpet as it is and leaving that up to the new owner. The serial# on this trumpet is 172858 and it says"The Martin Imperial, Elkhart In. USA on the trumpet. ps.the mouthpiece shows significant wear. Please feel free to ask any questions. From a recent Kansas Estate for your consideration is this old Vintage Antique Silverplated over Brass. Buescher? Trumpet with original(very worn- still closes) Hard Case. The ELKHART" Serial No. is 17503. There are a number of small dings& dents& a small amount of corrosion along the sides of the Mother of Pearl Valves(please note the photos below) The Valves& Slides move smoothly. There is one spot where a Brace has separated from a tube(see photo below) The Bell is in fairly Good condition with only minor dings. It is engraved- The ELKHART- with a 6 Pt. RARE Cavalier trombone Elkhart 60** 4 digit serial number brass instrument old
I will be listing a bunch of old instruments from an estate. First of all let me make it clear I know nothing about instruments I've never played one so ask questions and I took lots of pictures but don't assume anything. This one is neat and the only one like it on ebay. It is marked Cavalier Elkhart. Ind. and it has a guy riding a horse and he has his hat lifted into the air. The serial number is only 4 digits 60* if that helps you figure out what exactly this is. The slide goes in and out ok and once restored this will be a great piece. Any additional info you may have on this would be greatly appreciated.

Up for sale is a Vintage Elkhart Brass MFG. CO. Chrome& Brass Fan Fire Hose Nozzle With 3" Adapter. This nozzle and adapter looks to be in good condition. These have been looked at by a fire department but not tested. These where found in a barn at a estate moving sale. I'm selling these as they where found. On the nozzle some of the chrome is coming off the top of it as seen in the pictures. It does fully adjust up and down for spray size. The nozzle measures 5 1/4" tall by 4 7/8" across the top with a 2" I.D. on the bottom. The adapter fits a 3" hose and reduces down to 2" to fit the nozzle. They both show signs of use but are both neat items that will be a neat addition to a collection or as a decor item. They say pictures are worth a thousand words. Blessing Elkhart IND. Trombone With Rose Brass Bell And Trigger! Make Offer!!!
I have a trombone for sale. Asking a lot less than what it's worth. It is a Blessing Elkhart. IND. It has the trigger. Which is great for advanced players. It is also helpful to beginners. It also has the rose brass bell which produces a beautiful sound. It comes with a hard case. Two music books, and a really good slide lubricant(not full bottles but they still have some solution in them and a little goes a long way! It has a few VERY minor dents and scratches(see pics) but they do not affect the sound or playability. It sounds great! When playing certain notes. The player may hear a minor rattling sound coming from the trigger, but I have been told that the audience or even a person standing nearby cannot hear it. Also, I have found that the rattling sound stops if you apply a light pressure to the trigger without actually pulling the ... moretrigger all the way down. Also, this can probably be tightened somehow but I don't know how and it didn't bother me enough to take it somewhere. I just want you to know everything possible before purchasing! The trombone measures set togethet is 45 1/2" taken apart, the piece with the big end measures 25" I have never had any association with Band or anything to do with Music, so- I can only tell you what I see here. I picked this up at an Auction about 10 Yrs. ago, The only other identification on this other than nwhat I mentioned is there are some numbers on the mouthpiece, appears to be F 30, or E 30, Definitely needs a good cleaning, I wouldn't want to try that, Had someone try this& sounded Pretty good. Look the Pics over& ask any Questions. The Case Is in Kinda sad shape, But Felt is pretty Good& latches all work very good. No rust, so hinges, etc, Must be Brass.

This is a great old brass nozzle made in the 50's by Elkhart. It was called the Select-O-Stream Mystery Nozzle. It is 6 1/2" long. Made of chrome plated brass, has a horseshoe handle, and has 3 settings. Stream, wide and medium fog. The hose inlet measures 1 1/4" Looks to be in good condition, shut off handle and nozzle select work freely. Does show signs of use.

Up for auction is a very cool brass fire hose nozzle! This was made by Elkhart Brass Co. Measures 10" long(not including the actual hose) and weights about 5 lbs. The lever shows'open' closed' and moves back and forth pretty easily. As the pictures show, the nozzle does come off of the hose section, and the nozzle still has the hard, rubber top. Back inside is approx. 6 inches It is heavy for it’s size! The second piece has no identifying marks that I can see and trying to research it on the web has been difficult. To say the least!
