Very Rare Vintage Drager Delphin Diving System
This is a very rare and hard to find piece of diving equipment history. A must for anyones collection. Made by the Drager company between 1951-1965. This is a Pendulum style regulator which may look similar to the double hose but works different in that inhalation and exhalation takes place in the same hose. Some see this regulator as the evolution between double and single hose regulators. What also makes this unit unique is that all the parts including Delphin Regulator,Harness and backpac, Tank valve which has a adjustable reserve pull handle, and 7 Ltr Pressluft tank are all origional sold by Drager. This was made between 1951-1965 by the Drager company still known today for great german engineering. This was the regulator that crossed Double hose regulators to single hose as we know them today. This was known as a Pendulum design because the single hose you see swings from one side to the other to switch which shoulder you wanted it to come over.
