Marking reads: VOLKAN ARICIUK" then a figure of a BEE and finally the word"AYDIN with the number 56293" Bellows is made of leather and the hinge is no longer attached to the lid but still present and could be reattached. This is a two sided antique French poster depicting the biology of the honey bee on one side and the biology of fish on the other. I am a beekeeper and I found this poster absolutely charming. It was an antique when I bought it 30 years ago and has some tattering on the edges. Most of which can be addressed with good matting. It could also be displayed with glass on both sides so both images could be appreciated. All the captions are in French. It is a large poster, about 36 inches by 31 inches. Antique Bee Smoker Fogger Pipe Brass & Metal, VERY RARE
I bought this contraption. apparatus a few years ago on a Dutch flea market and I was told that this was an old bee smoker. So forgive me if I'm wrong. This smoker consist of a water container. A small burner and some sort of stove/container that both holds the burner and the smoker. The stove is made out of steel? whilst the burner& water container are made out of brass. Total hight is 40 cms(15.75 inches) Spouts measure 32 cms& 14.5 cms( 12.6 inches& 5.71 inches) Width of the stove container/ burner holder is 24 cms(handles included) which converts to 9.45 inches. If there's anyone out there who can tell me what this truly is I would be very grateful! Please have a look at my other auctions. Found this old tin and wood beekeeper bee smoker at an IOWA FARM AUCTION. The smoke chamber is leather on the outside and fully intact. The tin canister has a good bit of surface rust but is still solid and has the strainer inside. Appears to have all the metal brackets that came with it originally; top removes easily. It is in decent condition and could be used as a nice display piece with a little cleaning. Any writing that was on the wood bellow has faded away. The air pumps very well and could be used if you’d like. It is 10" tall at the spout. The bellow is 7.5” Tall and 5” wide. Please email with any questions. Selling as is. As pictured with no reserve. 10 Antique Vintage HONEY BEE HIVE Foundation Frames Shallow & Deep Super, Apiary
These are 10 antique/ vintage wooden frames found in a farmer's barn. Foundation frames are typically wired and covered with a thin sheet of beeswax that honey bees use as a foundation to start making honeycombs that they fill with honey. Two of these are about 17 3/4 inches wide and 5 1/2 inches tall and would fit in a shallow super. Seven of these are about 17 3/4 inches wide and 9 1/4 inches tall and would fit in a deep super. One of these is 17 3/4 inches tall and 6 1/4 inches wide and would fit in a medium super. These old frames are not in bad condition. Most could use some extra glue and nails and sanitization if you plan on using them for bees. There are still traces of honeycomb on these and they aren't completely clean and solid. I rinsed the dust off and gave them a once over with soapy water but that's all I did to ... moreclean them.I fixed up 10 of these old frames and put them in my hive and they are holding up pretty well but are not the strongest frames in the world. I am using them for brood- I don't think these would hold up during the rigors of extraction. There are a few slats missing here and there. And there are some cracks. There are still some nails and wires sticking out on some, so please be careful when you open the package. The wood has a nice patina from age and beeswax and I also think that these would be fun to use for crafts. Maybe picture frames as a gift for your favorite beekeeper? Thanks for looking!

Antique Vintage HONEY BEE HIVE for Nuc Colony, Raising Queens, or Swarms, Apiary
These is an antique/ vintage nuc bee hive found in a farmer's barn. Small nuc hives are often used for splitting colonies. Raising new colonies, rearing queens, or catching small swarms. This comes with the hive body, inner cover, and outer cover. This old hive not in bad condition. It could use some extra glue and nails and sanitization if you plan on using it for bees. It's not completely clean. I rinsed the dust off and gave everything a once over with soapy water but that's all I did to clean it. The hive body is nice and solid. There are still some nails sticking out on the outside. So please be careful when you open the package. I think someone used to hang their tools from these, would be my guess. The inner cover is a little bit flimsy but still intact. The outer cover could us some work. The hive body measures 22 inches long including the landing area. The box itself is 20 inches long. It's 8 inches wide. The hole hive when assembled including outer cover is about 12 1/2 inches high. The wood on this set has a nice patina from age and beeswax and I also think that this would be fun to use for crafts. Maybe a planter as a gift for your favorite beekeeper? Antique Novice's Honey Extractor Cetrifuge A I Root Co, Medina, OH Primitive Bee
This vintage honey extraction barrel is in as found condition. This came from a great pre civil war farm. This is pre 1940s the owner said he bought this in the 1940s used. This honey extraction would have probably costed about $200.00- 250.00 brand new a long time ago. They still make these today and use these. You could probably make your own cap for the bottom spout. You could put a plastic cap or metal. Whatever your mind desires. I was told that this was in working condition from the owner. He was a bee farmer and used to use this a lot. I could not seem to get it to work right. I should have taken a lesson. Thank you!

Antique vintage bee keeping smokers primitive
Ok. Let me start out by saying that the only thing I know about bees, is I scream like a girl when one gets in the car. That being said, these are an estate sale find. One is a Woodman Bee-Ware smoker. The bellow are in good shape, and from what I can tell, it works. Evidently, they made these things forever, so I really don't know the exact age, but from the'patina' it was well used. It has light surface rust. The other one. I don't know. I can find no identification and it's covered in rust, but has no holes One side is dented. Let the pics do the talking. Anywho. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask.

Antique Bee Smoker with Ash Carrier
Found on a farm in New England. This antique Beekeeper's ash smoker is in excellent working condition. The leather is in excellent shape for its age. The smoker measures 9 1/2" tall and 10" across. The tin carrier was found alongside the smoker and I am assuming it is a matched pair. I go to estate sales and resell the treasures I find there. Bellows, hinge and internal coal area ~ all in fine condition. Lovely just as a"primitive" piece for display. This one has a grained. Green"leather" bellows that is very unique. It measures 5" wide x 10" deep x 9" high. Measurements are approximate. Bee Smoker is an antique and has been used. It is in structurally good condition with some cosmetic flaws. The leather bellows are good and working fine. There is some rust. Pitting, discoloration, dings overall. Still has some smoke residue on inside.
