It is in wonderful condition and has some nice wear from use along the edge of the seat. The underside is a bit more rusty and pitted than the top. It has a slight defect probably from casting in it. You can see where one corner is a bit bent. Or perhaps it happened from a farming accident? Maybe the impliment turned over. Antique tractor seat-primitive decor, man cave, whatever
This is an auction for an antique tractor seat. It measures 17 x 13 x 1" deep. Has 32 slits in the undamaged metal seat. Is green in color and is beginning to show a little rust. But rust has not done any harm. Don't know what brand as there are no markings. Would be great for primitive décor, man cave, or any repurposing idea. This is a vintage Dodds Original Cast Iron Tractor Seat. The seat is a heavy cast iron with very nice cut outs. The seat is in very good condition.
