It is in good cosmetic condition. With scuffs, scratches or marks. Came as surplus from a Government Lab- we have no means of testing this, so it's sold as-is at a bargain price, even though it may work fine- we just don't know! This is by far the cheapest one on ebay- don't let it get away!
