Both cold trap and chiller bath coils chilled to freezing quickly, as shown in photos. Freezer compressor sounds great and was left running for 30 mins with no issues. Vacuum pump fired and brought the trap to full vacuum immediately. All ports and lid maintained vacuum. The only issue found during testing was the indicator light for the vacuum pump which did not light despite the pump being on and drawing vacuum successfully. Upon turning the pump off, a release valve seems to open releasing the vacuum. We were unable to determine if this is by design but it certainly appears to be as the system is airtight while the pump is running. They may have went lower but we stopped at that point. There is no vacuum pump included. The manuals are included. The Freezone 12 operates on 240 V and the stoppering tray dryer operates on 120 V.
