I'm not exactly sure what is it, but it seems to be a Hot and Cool Air Blower System, featuring a Eurotherm 2116 digital temperature controller, as shown. When I first turned it on, the display was reading 15°C, and when I flipped the"Heat/Cool" switch to cool, the fan on the back blew cool air through the opening in the front. When I flipped the switch to"Heat, the temperature started to rise, until it maxed out at 200°C, and hot air was being blown out the opening in the front. However, this is the extent of my testing of this unit, and it is being sold as-is. Approximate overall unpacked dimensions: 13"L x 13"W x 15"H.
