But it is otherwise undamaged. For more information on the cosmetic condition please refer to the pictures below. The item powers on and seems to be working. I set the heat to high and it slowly started to heat up. It took about 20 minutes for the device to heat up from 26C to 73C. The plate felt hotter than the temperature was reading on the temp rod. When checked with another device. The temperature of the rod seems to be off by about 6C which is probably due to the whole rod not being exposed to the heat, but I am not sure.
