CHINO CHART RECORDER ES610-02 2 channel type'K' TC 0 to 2000 deg(used but runs) This is a used chart recorder model ES610-02 that I found in my storage from a past job in which I removed it and replaced with an Allen Bradley remote I/O system which stored the chart data to a system hard drive and also allowed for printing only when required. I dusted this off a bit and connected a 120 vac power cord to test it. This unit still works. But the ink is dried out. The paper had all been used up and it most probably will need to be re-calibrated before use. I had thought about connecting my thermocouple calibrator to verify it. But without ink or paper I thought twice and just decided to list it for sale here on Ebay. I used some Windex to clean the outside and realized too late that Windex erases number tags. So I slid the unit out of ... morethe case to take a picture of the internal tag as you can see in my pictures. This unit makes a chart impression every few seconds and alternates between ink colors at every impression. In this way I guess that one channel could be blue like the temporary thermocouple I had hastily fabricated so I could use my little pocket butane torch to heat and witness the needle move upscale when heated and downscale as it cooled. The channel for the red ink was not tested. Yes. This unit has had much less than a clean controlled lab environment in which to operate, and there is some rust at the rear screws and the plastic has yellowed. I am going to select the category named as"for parts or not working" because I have no more to tell you than what I have told in this listing description and in my pictures. I have had this running on my bench for several hours. But no ink marks appear on the re-cycled paper. Both chart speeds as well as the paper fast advance works.
