Vintage Taylor Temperature Recorder. Marked 79JM. This has a manual wind 7-day clock with key, it works and the paper turns with it. We took it outside to vary the temperature and the pen arm moved appropriately. That's as much as I know, it may or may not be running accurately. There are adjustments to be made however. I found a copy of instructions online that I will send along. It will need the 7-day charts and the pen refilled with ink. Measures 8 3/4" x 13 3/4" x 7 1/2" excluding handles. It is a cordless type unit that takes a single AA battery. Unfortunately one was left in the unit and you may have to clean out the green corrosion with some baking soda(there is a picture of the battery compartment) What you see is what you get with this device. I may remove the glass window for shipping and wrap it separately because the glue has a tendency to heat up and release the glass. T he extra pen you see in the picture is just taped to the glass. You're going to need new pens for this or to rig up a felt tip somehow on these ones. The calibration sticker reads 12-6-05 so it's been a while ... morebut there are knobs you can turn with a flathead screwdriver for self calibration or at least get it close.
