The unit is in fair physical condition with some scuffs. Mainly on of the sides. I was able to power the unit on, but do not have the proper equipment to fully test. Since I cannot test, I am selling this as-is for"parts or not working. This will not ship with a power cord, the one pictured is one that I had to splice together myself and will need it to test other equipment.
