You are buying a very nice Dickson THDx temperature. Humidity& dew point recorder and plotter. I have tested it and it works fine. The key is missing for the top door but it is in the open position. The LCD screen works fine and the plotter works fine. Also included with the plotter is a huge pack of 8" new charts, AC adapter, copy of manual, Certificate of Calibration from 2000 and 2 extra blue and red pen tips. There are 4 holes on the back of the case to mount the monitor to the wall and the sensor is mounted on the upper back left corner. You can set up the plotter for 1 day, 7 days, 14 days and 30 days.
