John Deere 2305 4WD loader Backhoe - 4x4 Tractor 120 hours
This is a little John Deere 2305 that we bought to use on our 1 acre home site while we were building our house. But that work is finished now. Everyone knows John Deere quality. And this is not the same John Deere as you find in the discount stores, this is a small tractor that is built to perform very much like its full grown counterparts. Yet it has simple hydrostatic drive drive system, with separate pedals for forward and reverse and joysticks for the loader and backhoe, that my wife and our 11 year old daughter have no problem operating. Recently we started using it to push brush on our ranch and realized we need a larger. Older, rough machine because the cedar brush will make this tractor look old before its time. Don't get me wrong, this tractor thinks it is full grown and with the 4 wheel drive and differential lock it will do ... moremore than just push brush and trees. If you are not careful you will find yourself climbing the piles. As for digging; the bucket on the front or rear will take full bites even in the hardest dirt. It is also the most versatile tractor you will ever own. If you search John Deere on Yahoo or youtube you will see them performing almost every task. The John Deere 200 CX quick disconnect loader and John Deere 230 factory backhoe attachment both come off and store easily making the tractor ready to accept any other attachments. These tractors are about $22K new. Equipped with the loader and backhoe. If you don't need them you could sell them. They cost around $2.7K and 4.5K new respectively. I will also include the original three point attachment arms, which were never used. This is a no reserve auction and the opening bid is at used value without loader and backhoe. You are viewing a 230 Belarus tractor I have for sale. I bought this tractor three years ago from a friend so I could mow a couple of large lots next to some rental properties I own. It really worked good. I bought a new Land Pride 72 inch finish mower last spring to use with it. It is shown in the photos. But it is NOT included, I have it for sale in another auction here on ebay. I came across a good deal on a larger 90 inch finish mower this spring that is wide enough to use behind one of my larger farm tractors with a cab. I have been using it this year and that is why I am selling this tractor. I just don't need it and I would rather have the shed room freed up. I use the larger tractor year around so it makes more sense to use it. I have kept the tractor inside and it always starts and runs great. It is a two cylinder air cooled ... morediesel which is a very simple engine to maintain. It never gets hot. Or burns oil, or smokes, or does anything weird. It is a spunky thing and drives and acts like a larger tractor. The two front tires were replaced when I got it and the back tires were replaced with a nice set of 28 inch turf tires. It is nice on a lawn as it does not scuff it up like bar tires do. They are all four in good condition. I put a new battery in it when I bought it. The alternator on the tractor does not charge it up. I think it has a loose connection as I checked the alternator and it is putting out power. The thing starts so well that if I charge the battery us, I can use it multiple times and start and stop it a lot and the battery does not go dead for a very long time. The transmission works good. It has two gearshift levers and a shuttle for forward and reverse. The clutch works good as well. It has two hydraulic control levers. One of them raises and lower the three point hitch. And the other is plugged off- I never used it, but it would work to run a remote for a hay rake, a log splitter, or something like that. The seat is in good condition and is comfortable. You won't find many like this. Starts well and runs strong. Engine runs smooth, no smoke, Check back for a you tube video, As you can see in the pictures the tractor is in excellent condition, Fenders appear to be brand new with no rust. And they are factory strong so you can sit on them, Engine was recently rebuilt when restored, Power Steering, Oil. Amp, Temp, Gas Gage all work. The tach looks new but does not work. Traction booster may or may not work but gage face is rusty, New creme steering wheel, Steering is tight and tie rods are solid. No slop, Center front pivot bushing looks new. ~UP FOR AUCTION~ 1960 JI Case 730 Tractor This is actually a model 740-C which means its a 730 Gas. Standard style, caseomatic transmission Starts runs and drives excellent! Case o Matic tranmission is tight. Quick responsive, no slipping, will just about throw you off the seat even if you"dump it" in road gear! Very nice sheet metal Front tires are 99% new Rear tires are 18.4 x 30. One is around 90% and excellent, other is 30% and weathered but good useable. May even be original! Live PTO Live Dual hydraulics 12 volt system Power steering is PINKY FINGER EASY! No smoke or blowby. Engine runs super smooth and has great power Seat is nice and tight. As is steering and drawbar indicating this is a low houred machine We ended up taking this tractor in on trade from a customer here in WI. They have owned it for around 25 years. And ... moreit has seen very light work, and very few hours. They originally milked goats and used it for manure and snow removal with a trip bucket loader(loader is gone, not included) We drove it around the shop here for a while and it really really runs smooth. The case o matic transmission is very handy for field work- it allows you to"slip" the tractor around row ends, or at the end of the field, while maintaining throttle speed and without clutching to shift gears. Then you flip a lever and it goes back into direct drive for full pulling power. The clutch, brakes, transmission, shifting, dual hydraulics, power steering, PTO all work as they should. The sheet metal is very very straight and solid. The gauges all seem to work, besides the tach it does not. You set the price on this 55hp field ready tractor! Bad spots on this machine: One rear tire is older and shows a little age. But is very solid. Seat needs a cushion. Fenders are rusty and wobbly, like many case fenders are. Hello and welcome to the auction. You are viewing a rare one when it comes to tractors. Hinimoto fans already know the latter. I purchased this tractor about two years ago with the intentions of using it to mow 12 acres I own in upstate New York. As it turns out I have left a neighbor across the road from the property. Graze his dairy cows on it each summer since having bought this Hini Tractor. As can be seen in the pictures this tractor is unmolested other than someone in the past having installed headlights, and the hood ornament is missing. The rear tires appear to be new and were when I purchased the Tractor. I was told the tires are filled with Calcium. As can be seen, the tractor is an excellent candidate for a body restoration. Tractor starts up and runs strong. Fuel for this tractor is Diesel meaning it will likely run forever. A ... moregood sandblasting then a fresh coat of paint and new decals would make this a wonderful Hinimoto. These are getting hard to come by so bid now or regret later when another bidder takes it. Thought I have never mowed with it the woods belly mower also shows its age but functions as it should. The rear hydraulics also work as they should.
