Darker patina from age. All three screws work and turn nicely. Some light surface rust here and there- could be cleaned. There are a few small pits on the rule and in places here and there as well. Vintage Brown & Sharpe Machinist Square with 24" Blade
For Sale is a vintage Brown& Sharpe machinist square with a 24" blade. The blade is a"CHROME BLADE" and the head is cast iron with a flat crinkle finish. The vial for the level is clear and the head still has the scriber. It looks like this may never have been used but was poorly stored and there are a few rust spots on the blade and tarnish on the head. May clean up with steel wool and WD-40 but even as is still looks better than most. The blade is graduated in 1/8" 1/16" 1/32" and 1/64" and all markings are clear and legible.
