This all vacuum tube General Radio 1142A Frequency Meter and Discriminator dates from 1969 when digital electronic counters were still rare and outrageously expensive. The unit appears to be in quite clean condition with all knobs present and intact. There is a slight discoloration to a blank portion of the meter face which we deem fully restorable. We have not tested this unit as its capacitors should be carefully checked during initial refurb and restoration. But we will guarantee the unit to be complete.
