This auction is for a GR Type 1560-P40 Microphone-Preamplifier and microphone capsule. This can be used in a stand alone application or it can be used on a GR sound analyzer such as a 1654. For use w/o a GR instrument it requires about 8 to 15 volts to operate the preamp. This uses a 3 pin XLR connector. Pin 1 is ground. Pin 2 is the DC power(+ 8 to 15v or so) and pin 3 is the preamp output. I tried this out and it works fine. Shipping will be for 2 lbs. by UPS or USPS Priority Mail I'll ship overseas(inc. It has a small wrinkle in the diaphragm but it DID pass cal which was done by a cal lab(see picture) I have many 4189 with diaphragm wrinkle failed the cal at various frequency(from 3khz to 18 khz) and this is the only 4189 that passed the cal with a small wrinkle. For sale is a B&K 4935 microphone which is the predecessor of the current 4957 microphone. It comes with a right angle SMB to BNC connector for you to connect to a BNC type connector or input(ICP) It was tested with a pistonphone and a spectrum analyzer and it works well. Type 4935 is a ¼" prepolarized microphone suited for use in array microphones. These microphones have specified and stable phase-matching over wide ranges of temperature and humidity if you need two or more. From my experience. The only physical flaw I can see is that the foam packing seems to have stuck to the body of the cartridge. Probably from sitting in its case for a long period of time.
