This is for parts and as is. It does power on. The meter moved around a bit. However, I have no way to verify it works. Someone modded it by adding a switch at the input labelled"Hi-Z and 600 Ohm(probably a good thing) Someone also put a hole in the top of the unit(see picture) maybe to adjust a pot inside? I did not open the unit. The case is stained and a bit dirty but could be cleaned up with some elbow grease. If your a tech or a ham then you know what your looking at and what it is used for. As I recall if your trying to measure harmonic distortion in an HF rig this is a tool you need. This might be a great project or you can use for parts for another unit. We verified the unit powers up but nothing more. IT NEEDS REPAIR AND IN ITS PRESENT CONDITION IS UNUSABLE. The meter moves when various switches are rotated but the voltmeter function does not respond when a known signal is applied to the input. Some surface grime and scratches are present. The side trim rails are scratched from handling and the right handle is free moving(without the spring loading) All internal boards and components appear to be present. It does not have feet or the wire stand. The front panel looks fairly clean with some label residue and some scratches along the top. We are not the original owner.
