There are some scratches on the surfaces and some dents on the metal pipe on the hand piece. 12 pictures were posted showing this unit from all angles. Turn On Process according to the User Manual 1. Plug the power cord into a grounded wall socket. After connection. The automatic blowing function will start sending air through the pipe, but the heating element remains cool(if the power swith is off) 2. Turn the power switch ON. This BGA reballer comes with a spare thermometer for measuring the board temperature. But it doesn't include an IR visor. I purchased it new and it didn't come with one. I used sunglasses instead. Perhaps the visor is an extra accessory? It's listed in the pictures as"Filter and cover. I only used this unit 3 or 4 times. This model has a plastic cover over it's LED displays and the pre-heating dish is right under them. With the way the unit is designed. When you use the machine for the first time, your plastic overlays will get a bit wavy. The LEDs function perfectly and the design flaw only gives the unit a cosmetic imperfection. You can clearly see the LED display even with the wavy ... moreclear plastic overlay. The pictures were taken after the overlay became wavy. Take a look to see if you're OK with that. If not. You won't want to buy a new one of these either as it will get wavy as well. It's just the way it's designed. The white standoffs also wilted a little(cosmetic only) in the heat from the machine, but they're still perfectly usable. See the picture of those as well. Aoyue INT 732 Game Console Rework Station, SMD Rework Station
I've had this rework station for around 2 and a half years and it has treated me well. I don't have the time to do rework anymore and it's a crime to have such a machine just sit and not be utilized. One common problem the 732 has is that the top heater mount fails due to the threading on the pipe becoming compromised from moving the top heater around. I have brazed this into place and this problem will never occur. Also. This machine came wired for 20amp 250V(6-20p) plug, even though it operates on a 20amp 110 line(5-20R) I changed this to a normal 20 amp 110v plug so it will just plug into the wall. This is all plug and play. This all includes: Top heater.
