This BGA reballer comes with a spare thermometer for measuring the board temperature. But it doesn't include an IR visor. I purchased it new and it didn't come with one. I used sunglasses instead. Perhaps the visor is an extra accessory? It's listed in the pictures as"Filter and cover. I only used this unit 3 or 4 times. This model has a plastic cover over it's LED displays and the pre-heating dish is right under them. With the way the unit is designed. When you use the machine for the first time, your plastic overlays will get a bit wavy. The LEDs function perfectly and the design flaw only gives the unit a cosmetic imperfection. You can clearly see the LED display even with the wavy ... moreclear plastic overlay. The pictures were taken after the overlay became wavy. Take a look to see if you're OK with that. If not. You won't want to buy a new one of these either as it will get wavy as well. It's just the way it's designed. The white standoffs also wilted a little(cosmetic only) in the heat from the machine, but they're still perfectly usable. See the picture of those as well. Great machine. Has done really good with console repairs for me, reflow only. The bottom heating element might need to be replaced or the sensor is not giving a correct reading. The light needs replacement too. I think its the sensor. Based on the fact that i can still lift bga chips off during a reflow. I will throw in flux for free. It was purchased from an American Jovy Distributor in Winter Park. Florida. Original price paid was $2399.00. It is working fine& was reballing Xbox 360 motherboards until we recently went into another enterprise. There are two issues: 1 the swing thermocouple was loose and eventually broke so we took of $90.00 for that. Also there is a separate dual thermocouple(included& shown in the pictures) with a new type K lead that we have been using with great success as illustrated by our 100% positive feedback on Ebay. 2 The vacuum pump motor which creates the vacuum used to pull chips with the wand works but the diaphragm is worn& needs replacement.
