There are some scratches on the surfaces and some dents on the metal pipe on the hand piece. 12 pictures were posted showing this unit from all angles. Turn On Process according to the User Manual 1. Plug the power cord into a grounded wall socket. After connection. The automatic blowing function will start sending air through the pipe, but the heating element remains cool(if the power swith is off) 2. Turn the power switch ON. It does a great job of heating with the air gun. And the soldering iron works perfectly. I'm even including the extra soldering iron tips and element that I have for it, plus some small nozzles for the hot air gun. I used this for working on Xbox 360's, and it gets the job done quick. The hot air gun heats up in less than 60 seconds to about 250 degrees celsius. The hose for the heat gun is nice and pliable, and moves easily wherever needed.
