I am selling my Kendal 852 D++ Reflow station. It has worked perfectly for me the whole time I've had it. I purchased this less than 4 months ago for $120.00. It does a great job of heating with the air gun. And the soldering iron works perfectly. I'm even including the extra soldering iron tips and element that I have for it, plus some small nozzles for the hot air gun. I used this for working on Xbox 360's, and it gets the job done quick. The hot air gun heats up in less than 60 seconds to about 250 degrees celsius. The hose for the heat gun is nice and pliable, and moves easily wherever needed. D E S C R I P T I O N Up for sale is a used Puhui T870A. The unit works well and is excellent for PS3. X-Box 360, Wii reballing, and more! This BGA reballer comes with a spare thermometer for measuring the board temperature. But it doesn't include an IR visor. I purchased it new and it didn't come with one. I used sunglasses instead. Perhaps the visor is an extra accessory? It's listed in the pictures as"Filter and cover. I only used this unit 3 or 4 times. This model has a plastic cover over it's LED displays and the pre-heating dish is right under them. With the way the unit is designed. When you use the machine for the first time, your plastic overlays will get a bit wavy. The LEDs function perfectly and the design flaw only gives the unit a cosmetic imperfection. You can clearly see the LED display even with the wavy ... moreclear plastic overlay. The pictures were taken after the overlay became wavy. Take a look to see if you're OK with that. If not. You won't want to buy a new one of these either as it will get wavy as well. It's just the way it's designed. The white standoffs also wilted a little(cosmetic only) in the heat from the machine, but they're still perfectly usable. See the picture of those as well. Jovy Re-7500 Reflow Rework Station + Voltage Converter, New Upper & Lower Heater
Up for sale is a used Jovy Re-7500 Reflow Rework Station. Voltage Converter and many extras. I just recently replaced the upper heater with a brand new replacement, The new upper heater has only been used for a few hours, it is basically brand new(pic 2) The Lower Heater is the Original Lower Heater this station came with. The entire time I had this machine I used a big hotplate/griddle as a lower heater, as recommended by other repair technicians on youtube. The Lower Heater has been used so little it might as well be considered new as well(maybe 2 hours of use) The Station has a small scratch on the front near the Screen/Keypad unit(pic 4) Otherwise it is in very good condition. I purchased this jovy station in june 2012. It has no affect on the machines functionality. But I would like to mention It for any potential buyers. When you swing the Upper Heater from"Park" position into"Normal" position the Swing Arm likes to bounce back into"Park" position about one centimeter. Once you pull the lever and lower the Upper Heater into position, the machine/software reads the position as normal. Basically its a very minor annoyance, but it does not affect the machines upper heating ability. I recommended controlling the machine through the software on a computer because of this. The software allows you to preheat the upper heater in the"park" positition for however long you like. Controlling the jovy from the built in keypad does not allow you to preheat the upper heater in"park" position.

The last guy that had it wired the top and bottom thermocouples directly into the machine(see picture) and I was taping them to the boards for accurate temps when reworking. It uses the standard IR plates on the bottom that most machines use. For the top heater it uses ... morequartz tubes. If you have one of these and are looking for a second machine then this might be for you. I just found this machine to be hard to use. The machine is dirty and will need a good cleaning.
