This unit was used and surplused from a nearby University Research program. It was surplused when newer equipment was purchased. Unit spins smooth amd quite without any vibration. Unit chills down quickly. The only two flaws I could find with this unit is that the digital display doesn't display actual speed. The speed dial however does increase and decrease speed properly. The other issue may be in the braking system. There doesn't appear to be much difference in the high/low settings. Please look at the pictures and email me with any questions.
