There are a few minor scuff marks and scratches on the item but this does not effect the functionality of the item. The function buttons are in good condition and all words and numbers are visible. The internal structure of the item is in good condition with no dents or cracks. The rotor is also in good condition with no dents. The power cable is in good condition with no cuts or frayed areas. Please refer to the photos below for more details on the item. This item was plugged in and powered on with no problems. We turned the timer to 10 minutes and set the speed to max. The item ran for 10 minutes without any issues. When the item stopped running we used the brake and it functioned without any issues. The RPM meter got to a max of 3500. We then took out the rotor and turned the RPM to max and the item went over 9000 RPM. We guarantee this item to function properly and as described as is.
