Beckman TH-4 Rotor Buckets& 12 Inserts For sale- a set of four Centrifuge Buckets for the Beckman TH-4 Rotor. Plus a dozen inserts that fit these buckets. I see a TH-4 rotor as cheap as twenty bucks currently on ebay. But they aren’t worth much without the buckets to go with it. The only centrifuge I know that the TH-4 fits is the Beckman TJ-6. I have a TJ-6, I think it has a rotor. Will check to make sure these are a fit before I ship. OK. To recap. Four buckets. Two are 543 grams. Two are 537 grams. Plus 12 inserts as pictured. IEC 224 Centrifuge Rotor& 3224 Buckets For sale- an IEC Model 224 Centrifuge Rotor complete with a matched set of 3224 buckets. All of them 285g. The buckets I believe are 250ml. And the sale also includes the inserts pictures which I think are 4x15ml. All appear to be in very good physical condition. They were pulled from an IEC CL4 centrifuge that was reporting a balance error. But it continued to report the balance error even with the rotor removed, so I don’t think the rotor was the culprit. As noted it came from a CL4 centrifuge. And I guess we could assume it would also work with a CL4R refrigerated version assuming there is such a thing. Trying to find the rotor on the web($2k+ new! I found something on the Thermo site showing that it also works with the CL3 and CL3R although I think an adaptor might be required. Also looks like ... moreit would work the MP4 and MP4R as well. The centrifuge would only spin up to about 20RPM before reporting the balance error. So that is the extent of my testing and NO warranty is offered. However. It is in excellent, used condition- it does not appear to have been used much at all.
