Gentlemen(and very improbably. Ladies: Up for sale is one 10" Troyke NC-10-BLH360 CNC rotary table and its matching 7" tailstock. The table ... moreis powered by an Electrocraft E727-38-006 1.1HP(2000oz-in max) with 14V/krpm tachometer. 500ppc(2000ppr in quadrature) encoder, and takes 80V for 2400rpm(no load) I'm driving it with an AMC 30A8 servo amplifier(not included, but I could be persuaded to throw one in. I have complete specs on the motor from Electrocraft. Drawings(original blueprints) of this table, and since I've hooked it up to my machine, I can provide the information you'll need to do the same. The tailstock is not a Troyke. But is matched to the exact 7" center of the table, and is a superb specimen. Both table and tailstock are keyed for a 11/16" T-slot(IIRC- I'll have to measure, if you need to know. The unit. Though not obvious from the pictures, is still connected to my machine and in fully operational condition. I've just moved it off my table to make room for a job I'm doing right now. Inside, the worm and gear are in excellent condition and it is full of fresh oil, but the outside paint job or(lack thereof) admittedly looks like crap. I could paint it up, but then I'd have to double the price: The table is extremely rugged and rigid. The load capacity of this table is somewhere in the neighbourhood of 300lbs(obviously. At 90 degrees) so it will easily accommodate a smaller Haas 160 or their 5C indexer if you want a 5th axis. I have recently bought a smaller table that serves my purposes and doesn't weigh down my machine. The table is 200lbs(estimated) The tailstock is at least 30. Not an issue if you dial it out each use and use in 1 direction(just like on a mill machine) I have not tried to adjust it out or know how. Model R15 is a parts table. It is missing the large dial that goes on the shaft behind the handle. It has a broken casting on the part where the pinion gear is engaged. shown sitting on top of table) It can not be used with this broken. Troyke DMT-15 rotary cross slide table with 12 x 12 top working surface. This came out of a mold shop that was closed due to retirement. Shop also had 2 cnc mills for 20 years. So this table saw very limited use. Very good condition. If you are not familiar with what can be done with these. They are useful for putting radii on the corners of blocks, milling at angles, milling VERY round holes, and all other sorts of operations that you thought your mill was not capable of. Gentlemen(and very improbably. Ladies: Up for sale is one 10" Troyke NC-10-BLH360 CNC rotary table and its matching 7" tailstock. The table is powered by an Electrocraft E727-38-006 1.1HP(2000oz-in max) with 14V/krpm tachometer. 500ppc(2000ppr in quadrature) encoder, and takes 80V for 2400rpm(no load) I'm driving it with an AMC 30A8 servo amplifier(not included, but I could be persuaded to throw one in. I have complete specs on the motor from Electrocraft. Drawings(original blueprints) of this table, and since I've hooked it up to my machine, I can provide the information you'll need to do the same. The tailstock is not a Troyke. But is matched to the exact 7" center of the table, and is a superb specimen. Both table and tailstock are keyed for a 11/16" T-slot(IIRC- I'll have to measure, if you need to ... moreknow. The unit. Though not obvious from the pictures, is still connected to my machine and in fully operational condition. I've just moved it off my table to make room for a job I'm doing right now. I could paint it up, but then I'd have to double the price: The table is extremely rugged and rigid. The load capacity of this table is somewhere in the neighbourhood of 300lbs(obviously. At 90 degrees) so it will easily accommodate a smaller Haas 160 or their 5C indexer if you want a 5th axis. I have recently bought a smaller table that serves my purposes and doesn't weigh down my machine. The table is 200lbs(estimated) The tailstock is at least 30. This is a very lightly used Troyke 10" rotary table. It comes with a programmable control box and could also be linked directly to a cnc machine with the right cabling and drive card. The control box is made by Fadal and it has a fadal compatible motor on it. If you have a fadal from the 90's with the glentek servos you should be able to use this as a full 4th axis with the right wiring. As is. It is a great stand alone piece. I have 2 of these listed of which the other is slightly different. They came out of a very clean shop in the Bay area that went out of business. They were used on Fadal machining centers. This one a Troyke NC-10BRH and they have brushed servo motors. 10" table. I can crate at no charge and drop off at a local shipper here in Portland for no extra charge or you can pick it up personally.
