Haas 5C Servo 4th Axis Indexer Rotary
This Haas 5c Brushed Servo Indexer is in like new condition. It was purchased as an option on a Micro Machine system for $6000 and was only used a couple of times. If you want to use this with a Haas servo control box you would need to re-wire it with the Haas connector. I called Haas service center and explained to them what motor this unit had installed and they stated it would use a 17-Pin connector as it was a Servo motor and the encoder has the preferred feedback option. As you can see from the pictures this Indexer is probably the nicest one ever seen up on Ebay. I powered up the Servo motor and the motion is smooth. Fluid, and quite. This unit still has the factory installed grease as you can see in one of the pictures.

haas 4th axis 5C Indexer + controler
This set can be used on its own or the controller bypassed and plugged in to a CNC machine to trigger movements. You can pull up some YouTube videos of ones like this in operation. This unit was used very little and with a spray oil cutting lubricant as opposed to a water based coolant that tends to shorten the working life of these units. Erickson? Yusa 4th axis rotary table indexer CNC pneumatic indexing head Haas
Pneumatic indexing head. I believe this is an Erickson. But the name plate is gone. Hooked it up to the compressor and tested advancing fine- Has a standard 5-pin CNC plug, but I have no idea how to test that function- the shop closed, and there's no need for this expensive piece of equipment. Check the video link out- I believe this can be used manually with a foot pedal or hand control, and may also be hooked to a CNC controller for your lathe or mill. 4" to the center of the mounting plate, 3" center-to-center on the mounting bolt holes. Add a chuck or rotary table plate. The center hole is tapered, maybe for a 3-C collet- or R8- smooth bore tho- no threads. Haas HRT-210sp including servo control. I bought this unit a while back with the intention of using it on one of my machines as a stand alone unit. I have since acquired a full 4th and don't need this one and have never used it. It indexes smoothly. Quietly and quickly. It is set up for use with an A1 mount power chuck with an air operated draw tube or can be used with an a1 mount manual chuck. The pictures show it indexing in 60 degree increments. I would guess the combined weight of the two at 200 pounds plus the weight of the crate should bring it to 250 or so. To my knowledge there are no issues with either the control or rotary. it runs off of 110V. It will need to ship via freight, too heavy for UPS. The buyer is to arrange shipping. It is shipping from a commercial address with a lift.

You are bidding on a Haas hrt7 rotary fourth axis/indexer. It has a 7" plate with a 1" thru hole. It was just torn down. Cleaned, and serviced with new orings and seals as well as a fresh oil change. Backlash is undetectable although it is adjustable on these. The control box is ready to run and in perfect working order. It was also serviced and needed a new cooling fan. The cable is a 14pin and the motor is the dc brush type. The indexer uses a built in air solenoid for the brake. This would be great for a horizontal tombstone/rotary vises on a vertical mill. These items were thoroughly tested and ready to run. If you use the Buy It Now, i will throw in a riser plate that bolts to the bottom and makes it alot easier to bolt down.
