The photos have a few reflections. These are not defects.There are a few very minor scratches on the red powdercoat. I can send you additional photos if you like. It was original equipment for an HRT-160. However the control will be shipped with the parameters unlocked, which will enable the user to configure it for any of the other 17 pin brush rotary products from Haas. These controls are fully tested just prior to shipment. DOA is not possible. However. You may test it for yourself at your risk.
