Here's an extremely lightly used Haas Digital Indexer Setup. Complete with Model S5C Control and matching S5C 5C Horizontal/Vertical Collet Indexer. This is the last model of the black Haas indexers(before they went to red paint) and is a 17 pin. Brush type model. The setup works perfectly. It's simple to use as a stand alone indexing unit. Since it is the 17 pin system. It can be directly connected to any of the Haas VF series mills if you have the rotary table servo driver installed and enabled. We did this for one small aluminum job on a friend's VF5) The current control boxes for the Haas rotary tables and indexers use exactly the same programming. As well. There are only 3 differences between this setup and the latest. Greatest. 1. The newer units understand where"Home is" no matter where and when you shut off the ... morecontrol. With this model. You'll want to always"Home" it before shutting down. Then it will remember where"Home is" 2. The S5C control has a 1000 step encoder resolution. The newer ones can be ordered with up to 4000 steps per degree. 3. The newest indexers are"brushless" That's good and bad. This unit only needs to be greased every once in a while. The newer brushless models use oil. Those are the only differences between this unit and the newest models of which I am aware. Further. The control panel on this S5C box has more robust buttons and switches which will last a lot longer than the newer membrane type panels. I was going to use this system on a non-Haas CNC machine. So. I acquired the proper Haas 4 Pin control cable(still in plastic and included) and an extra panel mount for my"other" CNC machine. Very nice Haas Yuasa 5C indexer with air collet chuck. In excellent working condition and looks good. Includes the pneumatics control cabinet but you will need to figure out how to configure/wire the pneumatic controls depending on your needs. All programs work. Returns to zero. Seal-tite cord is about 10 ft long between controller and indexer head. Payment due in full by Paypal within 7 days of close of auction. Buyer pays cost of shipping by UPS ground. Haas 5C Servo 4th Axis Indexer Rotary
This Haas 5c Brushed Servo Indexer is in like new condition. It was purchased as an option on a Micro Machine system for $6000 and was only used a couple of times. If you want to use this with a Haas servo control box you would need to re-wire it with the Haas connector. I called Haas service center and explained to them what motor this unit had installed and they stated it would use a 17-Pin connector as it was a Servo motor and the encoder has the preferred feedback option. As you can see from the pictures this Indexer is probably the nicest one ever seen up on Ebay. I powered up the Servo motor and the motion is smooth. Fluid, and quite. This unit still has the factory installed grease as you can see in one of the pictures.

haas 4th axis 5C Indexer + controler
This set can be used on its own or the controller bypassed and plugged in to a CNC machine to trigger movements. You can pull up some YouTube videos of ones like this in operation. This unit was used very little and with a spray oil cutting lubricant as opposed to a water based coolant that tends to shorten the working life of these units. Here's a used Haas Servo Control box for their 5C indexers and Rotary Tables. It's in excellent working and cosmetic condition. Guaranteed against DOA. Model S5C. 17 pin connector. This control has the optional 1000 line encoder. Most only have 500. This gives you better accuracy. Includes printed copy of manual. Interestingly. ALL Haas indexer and rotary table controllers are programmed excatly the same. I used this minimally with my Haas S5C indexer. But later mounted the indexer directly to my Haas CNC Toolroom Mill. So, this controller is not needed now. This unit can also be connected to almost any other CNC machine that can use M controls or RS232 interconnect. Erickson? Yusa 4th axis rotary table indexer CNC pneumatic indexing head Haas
Pneumatic indexing head. I believe this is an Erickson. But the name plate is gone. Hooked it up to the compressor and tested advancing fine- Has a standard 5-pin CNC plug, but I have no idea how to test that function- the shop closed, and there's no need for this expensive piece of equipment. Check the video link out- I believe this can be used manually with a foot pedal or hand control, and may also be hooked to a CNC controller for your lathe or mill. 4" to the center of the mounting plate, 3" center-to-center on the mounting bolt holes. Add a chuck or rotary table plate. The center hole is tapered, maybe for a 3-C collet- or R8- smooth bore tho- no threads.
